About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic onboarding specialist who loves working with executive assistants. You should be passionate about explaining software, driving customer success, and providing exceptional customer support. Our primary users are EAs who spend multiple hours a day using our product to manage their executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and collaborate efficiently.

In this role, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in onboarding new users and ensuring they have a smooth experience with ShareCal. You’ll guide EAs through the platform, helping them understand how it can seamlessly integrate into their daily workflow.
  • Work closely with our users to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored support. You’ll be their go-to person for questions, troubleshooting, and best practices, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to relay user feedback and insights. Your unique perspective from working directly with users will help shape product improvements and new features.
  • Handle customer support inquiries with patience and expertise, ensuring that our users feel valued and supported throughout their journey with ShareCal.
